Flight Information

Find out how your flight experience unfolds – from arrival at the airport to landing. Read about the necessary health conditions and what to expect before your flight.

A prerequisite for the flight is good current health; severe diabetes, epilepsy, and fear of enclosed spaces and heights are excluded. After the training, you will sign a sworn statement confirming your training and health status.

Safety Briefing

It consists of five topics.

  1. We’ll briefly discuss your health status.
  2. We will tell you about the L29 Delfin aircraft, including where you will sit in the aircraft and why. We’ll also cover how to behave in the cockpit during the flight and how to communicate with the pilot.
  3. We will discuss why you might feel unwell during the flight and what to do in such a case.
  4. During the flight, you will experience G-forces. We will explain what you need to do during G-forces so you don’t sleep through the entire flight 😎.
  5. The last part will be dedicated to safety procedures: what, when, and how to do in an emergency situation. This is similar to what the cabin crew shows and explains to you before every holiday flight.

Pre-flight Briefing

You will talk to the pilot about your specific flight. This is where you have the opportunity to arrange what you would like to experience or see during the flight, or conversely, what you definitely don’t want. The pilot will tell you which of your wishes can be fulfilled and what is not feasible.

You will agree on communication protocols. If it is a standard experience acrobatic flight, the pilot will describe the individual acrobatic elements, how they will follow each other, and what G-forces will be involved in each maneuver.

Finally, you will sign the aforementioned sworn statement.

Depending on the current situation, you will change into a flight suit either before, between, or after the briefings.

Both briefings together last approximately 40-45 minutes + about 10 minutes for changing into the flight suit.

Therefore, we ask you to arrive at the airport one hour before your scheduled flight.

Then we will move to the aircraft, where the first photo session usually takes place before the flight. The technician will seat you in the cockpit and practically show you what we discussed during the safety briefing. Just before closing the cockpit, the cameras will be turned on, and in a few minutes, you’ll be enjoying your flight.

After landing and engine shutdown, you will get a few minutes to catch your breath, then the technician will help you out of the cockpit. A second photo session follows to compare before and after. Now there is also space for your companions to take a selfie by the aircraft or even in the cockpit.

We will move back to the airport lounge where you will return the flight suit. You will tell us your first impressions of the flight, and we will arrange your next appointment.

Additional Commercial Information

The flight is recorded with video (HD Ready) and audio using 2 cameras (one facing forward and one on the customer). If the customer is interested in the flight videos, we can send them via wetransfer.com to the customer’s email for a fee of 60 EUR, payable in cash at the airport after the flight. (Unless otherwise agreed.)

A maximum of 6 people can access the aircraft directly (1 customer + 5 accompanying persons; all persons must go through standard departure control as if flying abroad, so everyone must remember to bring their ID card or passport; children need a health insurance card). Customer entry is included in the flight price; entry for additional persons is charged at 20 EUR per person. The fee for additional persons’ entry is payable in cash at the airport after entering the non-public area of the airport. (Unless otherwise agreed.)

Our Recommendations

  • Don’t go hungry
If you are afraid you will feel unwell, eat only something light. We do not recommend flying on an empty stomach.
  • Don’t stress
Don’t stress before the flight; after all, you’re going to have fun. The flight will adapt to your possibilities and abilities.
  • In winter, it’s good to have thermal underwear.
