(The client sits strapped in safety harnesses in the cabin and must be able to reach the lever to open the cabin.) For clients younger than 18 years, a parent or legal guardian must also be present at the airport for signing documents.
In the event of a sudden change in weather, we will arrange an alternative flight date, even if your voucher expires in the meantime. If the weather forecast is unfavorable, we will notify you of your booking cancellation by phone, SMS, or email 24 hours in advance or as agreed.
