Experience Flights in the L-29 Delfin Jet Aircraft
Our company has had since 29. 7. 2022 official permission to conduct experience flights according to European regulation Part-SPO (EU No. 965/2012, AMC and GM – Amendment 2). This permission was issued by the Transport Authority of the Slovak Republic based on an audit and approved documentation:

The experience flight is conducted by a pilot from our company with a valid type rating for the L-29 aircraft. The flight proceeds in accordance with the flight manual and is intended to demonstrate flight characteristics through acrobatic maneuvers.
Only the pilot and one properly trained person may be on board. Before the flight, you will receive professional instruction on the flight’s course and difficulty, communication with the pilot, safety procedures, and emergency situations. After the training, a sworn statement is signed, which is part of the operational documentation.
Together with the pilot, you will agree on the exact course and difficulty of the flight in advance. Maneuvers available include:

steep climb and dive (60°)

loops, rolls, spins

combat turns and reversals

inverted flight

spins (right and left)

stall from climb (up to an 80° angle)
The flight is conducted with maximum emphasis on safety and individual tolerance to G-forces.

How to Book a Flight Date

Booking Status and Payment
“Reserved” means that someone has already expressed interest in the date, but has not yet paid for it.
The flight is yours only after payment.
Payment must be made in advance.
We will send you a booking confirmation by email or call you. We will also include brief flight instructions so you know what to expect.
Additional Flight Information
The operator reserves the right to change the flight location and time in case of low interest, unsuitable weather, or airport closure.
Flight Time
Flight time is calculated from engine start-up to shut-down, including engine test, taxiing, takeoff, the flight itself, and landing.
Measurement tolerance: -/+ 10%
Flight Price and Fuel Surcharge
The price of the experience flight depends on the current price of JET-A1 aviation fuel.
If the fuel price changes by more than €0.05 per liter, the operator reserves the right to charge a fuel surcharge before the flight. This surcharge is calculated as the difference between the fuel price at the time of flight purchase and the current price at the time of flight, multiplied by the amount of fuel required for the duration of your flight.
Calculation example:
20-minute flight = approx. 270 liters x (current price – price at time of purchase)
Currently, the price is calculated at €1.08 excluding VAT and excise duty at Žilina Airport (LZZI) as of January 1, 2025.
Flight Price Includes
Security check before entering the non-public area of the airport.
Complete pre-flight training (person on board).
Rental of flight suit and headphones.
Practical training for emergency aircraft evacuation.
Familiarization with cockpit instrumentation.
The entire flight procedure, including engine test, taxiing, takeoff, flight in the area, and landing.
